Monday, September 15th – Friday, September 19th, 2025 World Tour Days: 318 – 322 Day 1: Reunion With Adéla Our day started with a 7 hour train from Budapest direct to Prague. Having a direct train was so nice and we enjoyed having a train car all to ourselves. It went by pretty quick and the views were nothing special. Once we arrived we headed straight to our hotel. Thursday, September 11th – Sunday, September 14th, 2025 World Tour Days: 314 – 317 Day 1: Prosecco Boat Nick and I were happy to finally be leaving our hostel in Tapolca early in the morning. Our train to Budapest was short and easy, only a few hours and direct. We arrived to our next hostel in the late morning and were able to check in right away since the room was ready, which was great. We love it when that happens. Tuesday, September 9th – Wednesday, September 10th, 2025 World Tour Days: 312 – 313 After our amazing roadtrip in Slovenia it was time to board an early morning train to start our journey to Hungary. The train station was an easy 40 minute walk from our accommodation. The train station itself was under renovation, though, so finding the track area took us a few attempts. Monday, September 1st, – Monday, September 8th, 2025 World Tour Days: 304 – 311 Day 1: Lake Bled Our road trip got off to a slightly rocky start, hard to say why. It’s possible it had something to do with having to wait 3 hours for breakfast, walk 40 minutes to the car rental place hungry with our backpacks, and then have Nick get re-accustomed to driving a manual car.
