Monday, March 17th – Thursday, March 20th World Tour Days 135 – 138 Nick and I enjoyed a final breakfast at our New Delhi hotel, packed our belongings, then headed to the airport for our domestic flight to Jaipur. Saturday, March 8th – Sunday, March 16th, 2025 World Tour Days 126 – 134 After our flight was delayed a day we finally completed the long journey to India from Amman, Jordan. Total flight time was only 6.5 hours across two flights but our layover was over 5 hours. We arrived late in the evening to New Delhi and took an uber straight to our hotel, ready to check in and get some rest. Tuesday, March 4th – Friday, March 7th, 2025 World Tour Days 120- 125 The drive from Wadi Musa to Wadi Rum was easy with no traffic. After parking our car in Rum Village our host for the next few days loaded us up in the back of his pickup truck. The truck had welded benches with cushions in the back. We were taken to his house where we sat in the guest room enjoying some tea while he explained how the next few days were going to work. Saturday, March 1st – Monday, March 3rd, 2025 World Tour Days 118 – 120 After finishing up in Amman, Nick, Deb, Jeff, and I started the drive to Wadi Musa, the village we would have as a home base to explore Petra. On the drive we stopped at Qasr Al-Harranah, a castle built before 710 A.D in the middle of nowhere. We got to explore inside, which had empty rooms and stairwells all facing into an open courtyard.
